Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using LevelPrep (levelprep.org), operated by Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD.

2. Description of service

LevelPrep provides CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam preparation materials, including mock examinations, practice questions, study notes, and flashcards. The platform is intended for candidates preparing for CFA Institute examinations. LevelPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CFA Institute in any way.

3. Account registration

To access paid content, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. Each purchase grants access to one individual user only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or used by multiple individuals.

4. Payments, pricing and access

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. Your access to a purchased level lasts 9 months from the date of purchase. If you upgrade, the upgraded plan's 9 months start on the date of the upgrade. Purchases made before the 9-month access period was introduced keep access for as long as LevelPrep offers that level's course. Refunds are covered in Section 5.

5. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel it and get a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. If a failure is not major, we will fix it within a reasonable time, and if we don't, you can choose a refund. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Separately from those rights, we offer change-of-mind refunds on request within 24 hours of purchase if you have not yet accessed any paid content (opened, viewed, downloaded or interacted with it, including starting a mock exam or viewing a question). After that, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds, but that never limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To ask for a refund, email admin@ishvaronstrategy.com.au.

6. Pass Protection (Premium)

Pass Protection comes with the Premium bundle, for the level you bought it at. If you sit that level's CFA exam and do not pass, you can claim 6 more months of Premium access for that level, free.

Who can claim. You can claim if you bought Premium for a CFA level, sat the CFA Institute exam for that same level, and did not pass. You can claim even if your access has already ended.

What you need to send. The official result document from CFA Institute. Upload it (a PDF or image, up to 10 MB) from your profile or dashboard.

When to claim. Within 60 days of the day CFA Institute releases your result. We cannot accept claims after that.

What you get. If we approve your claim, we add 6 months of Premium access for that level, free. The 6 months start on the day your access would otherwise end, or on the day we approve your claim if that is later.

Limits. One claim per level, per candidate. Pass Protection extends your access; it is not a cash refund. We check every claim by hand, so it is not instant. If we cannot accept your document, we will tell you why, and you can upload another within the 60 days. While a claim is being reviewed you cannot delete your account; you can once it is decided.

Your consumer rights. Pass Protection is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this section limits or excludes those rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on LevelPrep, including mock examination questions, explanations, study notes, flashcards, and platform code, is owned by Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or share any content from LevelPrep without our express written permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, reverse engineer or scrape content from the platform, use automated tools or bots to access the platform, share or resell your account credentials or access, attempt to circumvent payment requirements, or post or transmit any malicious code. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination. Any refund on termination is subject to Section 5 and the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the guarantees we cannot exclude under the Australian Consumer Law (Section 5), LevelPrep is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will guarantee success in CFA examinations. Mock examination questions are designed to reflect the style and difficulty of CFA examinations but may not replicate the exact content of official CFA Institute materials. CFA Institute does not endorse or review LevelPrep content.

10. Content and use of AI

LevelPrep's study materials, including explanations, question templates, exam tips, practice questions, and related content, are produced through a curated process in which our team defines the scope, structure, and learning objectives for each item and artificial intelligence tools are then used to generate and draft that content within those parameters. All content is created with AI assistance and reviewed by us on an ongoing basis. Because of the nature of AI-assisted generation, the content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and this is in addition to the disclaimers in Section 9. LevelPrep is a supplementary study aid and is not a substitute for the official CFA Institute curriculum; you should verify important points against official CFA Institute materials. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LevelPrep, including but not limited to failure to pass CFA examinations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. CFA Institute disclaimer

CFA®, Chartered Financial Analyst®, and CFA Institute® are trademarks owned by CFA Institute. LevelPrep is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by CFA Institute. The CFA Program curriculum is the intellectual property of CFA Institute. Our questions are original works designed to help candidates practise examination skills.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, share your account, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease immediately. Any refund is subject to Section 5 and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.

15. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of LevelPrep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
