By accessing or using LevelPrep (levelprep.org), operated by Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD.
LevelPrep provides CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam preparation materials, including mock examinations, practice questions, study notes, and flashcards. The platform is intended for candidates preparing for CFA Institute examinations. LevelPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CFA Institute in any way.
To access paid content, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. Each purchase grants access to one individual user only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared or used by multiple individuals.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your payment method. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once access has been granted, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once you have accessed any paid content. By "accessed" we mean opening, viewing, downloading, or interacting with any portion of the paid material, including starting a mock exam or viewing a question. Prior to accessing content, refund requests may be considered if submitted within 24 hours of purchase to ishvaronstrategy@gmail.com. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access entirely and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days, you may be entitled to a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All content on LevelPrep, including mock examination questions, explanations, study notes, flashcards, and platform code, is owned by Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or share any content from LevelPrep without our express written permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, reverse engineer or scrape content from the platform, use automated tools or bots to access the platform, share or resell your account credentials or access, attempt to circumvent payment requirements, or post or transmit any malicious code. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.
LevelPrep is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will guarantee success in CFA examinations. Mock examination questions are designed to reflect the style and difficulty of CFA examinations but may not replicate the exact content of official CFA Institute materials. CFA Institute does not endorse or review LevelPrep content.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Ishvaron Strategy PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LevelPrep, including but not limited to failure to pass CFA examinations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
CFA®, Chartered Financial Analyst®, and CFA Institute® are trademarks owned by CFA Institute. LevelPrep is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by CFA Institute. The CFA Program curriculum is the intellectual property of CFA Institute. Our questions are original works designed to help candidates practise examination skills.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, share your account, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to paid content will cease immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination for cause.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of LevelPrep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
